“Mindfulness is the awareness that arises when we non-judgmentally pay attention in the present moment”. Mindful meditations are great tools for well-being that can be particularly helpful during times of high stress.  We invite everyone to try the experience with us.

While each session is 30 minutes, we understand that not everyone can commit to this period of time. Please feel free to enter at the scheduled time and leave after the first 15-minute meditation, or sign in 15 minutes after the start for the final meditation.

Participants are muted upon entry, please leave yourself on mute if you enter late. Each meeting will open about 10 minutes early to allow you to enter and have time to get situated. In this time, you may want to make some adjustments, and EAP will be able to assist you. Having your camera on is optional.

The COVID-19 pandemic has increased stress levels for many. Interested in taking some time out of your day to learn better stress management techniques? 

This will be a “preview” of a 3 -session Mindfulness Toolboxoffered to employees who are interested in creating or improving their own mindfulness practices.

DHS’s Mindfulness Drop-In Classes

Check out the DHS’s new Mindfulness Drop-In Classes via ZOOM, a great free opportunity. Christopher Downing will be teaching two classes per day:

A Mindfulness Class for STAFF will be offered from 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
